What is an Early Learning Collaborative?

An Early Learning Collaborative (ELC) is a group of local stakeholders — including school districts, early childhood providers, parents, local government leaders, and business leaders — who work together to expand early learning opportunities.

Tailored specifically to the unique geographical and economic needs of each community.

Increases kindergarten readiness scores and improves early reading levels.

Provides local preschool scholarships and family engagement events.
